We are  group devoted to help other women who have been subjected to domestic violence or abuse get out and about and rebuild their lives.  We are group aimed at but not exclusive to women who have been be victims of domestic violence or abuse and have created a bloke free zone to help them regain some confidence in a social environment. I have been a victim of rape myself and hope to help others who have been through a similar experience. Boyz I hope you will understand.

The idea of starting this group came from seeing my nutrition clients struggling to break socialising habits which revolved around pubs. Where there is of course a place for socialising in pubs (I'm not a complete bore), the ideal scenario for getting healthy and enjoying it with friends is to take your socialising elsewhere.
