41 East Jeffery, Wheeling Illinois.
From Dundee Road go South on Wolf past Heritage Park.
Turn Right on Jeffery.
The house is about 4-5 houses down on the left.
We will be meeting, rain or shine, at Chicago Bagel and Bialy at 7:15am Saturday and then heading over to the house at 41 E. Jeffery in Wheeling to begin painting. If you can't make it for breakfast, please join us later at the house.
I say we're meeting rain or shine because we are painting in and around the car port....so even if it's raining we can get the whole inside done and odds are it won't rain ALL day and we'll get the rest done.

The weather is looking nice for tomorrow...so that should be great!

There will be Subway Sandwiches and pop available at some point in the day, but if you want to bring any other snacks/drinks that you might want, feel free.

The homeowner's house is available for bathrooms.

The homeowner is named Jack Olsen. He's incredibly friendly and very appreciative of the work we are and will be doing. He is the original owner of the home, lived there over 50 years! He's got some great stories, so feel free to chat with him whenever.

If you have any step ladders or anything that would make painting more comfortable, please bring it. We are painting the inside ceiling of the carport and step ladders would make it much easier. All the brushes, pans, paint, etc. will be provided. I'll see if I can find some gloves which may make clean-up of hands easier...however they did have some awesome goo-gone wipes that took the paint off incredibly fast.

Most importantly....have fun and be safe. If you are not comfortable on ladders, do low to the ground work. If you need to rest, take a rest.

If you haven't signed up to paint and still want to, come on by anytime throughout the morning, pick up a brush, and get painting. We'll enjoy all the help we can get.

I have forms that need to be signed by anyone that volunteers tomorrow, so make sure you sign one of those. Plus, you get a cool shirt with a signed form!

Just a reminder that no children under the age of 14 are allowed on the homeowners site at all during the paint-a-thon.

Thanks everyone. It's going to be a fun and exciting project!
