Wheeling Freedom Fest

We received confirmation today that our chapter WILL again be part of Wheeling's Freedom Fest.

It's all coming together rather last-minute, which means it's more important than ever for us to get in gear and start lining up manpower for the three-day event.

We will be running the corn roast, running children's games and selling glow necklaces.

Freedom Fest will be held from:
5 p.m. to midnight July 3
3 p.m. to midnight July 4
3 p.m. to midnight July 5

These are the hours the fest will be open to the public. We will need volunteers on hand earlier on all three days to set up the corn roast and game booth.

Please let me know ASAP if you can commit to helping out at certain times or days. We need all the help we can get! Freedom Fest is a great time to get our name out in the community, raise thousands of dollars for our chapter (including our scholarship fund) while spending time together in the sun (don't let Karen tell you about the time we all sought storm shelter ? it's a figment of her imagination).

Again, please let me know what days/times you can help out so we can continue planning for this year's event. It will be lots of fun, and we can't do it without you!
