About Social Fun

Welcome new friends! This group branched off the New England 30 + 40 Social Group after it became an all Woman group. The Social Fun Group is for Men +Woman age 25 up (yes for you cool 30s + 40s too) in the New England Area who want to go out, have fun, Network, meet other members with similar interests, make new friends and more. The goal is to have fun through a mix of events like: Trivia, Dinners, Comedy nights, movies, concerts, shows, plays, trips, parties etc. Also, to help run joint events with other groups when appropriate. So relax sit back and enjoy the fun ride with us.

To all members we should abide by these Rules:

1) Members must respect and behave in a manner that does not offend or create an unpleasant environment for other members. This club is formed to create a comfortable setting for all and any negative comments related to age, race, or religion are not welcome!

2) This is not a dating club its a social fun club. Please do not ask the organizer for contact information of other members. You are welcome to make friends! The organizer is not liable for any activities amongst members outside of the club meet ups. It you like someone and want to date and you BOTH agree to that cool!! Just meet them first at an events do not be pushy, and DO NOT send out random e-mail to get a date to members that you have never meet!

3) Members may add to the club rules and suggest them at meet up meetings. This is only through the approval of the organizer.

6) Your organizer has the right to remove members that post unpleasant material on the site
or cause other members to feel at risk when attending meetings.

7) Members are responsible for paying for what they Eat + Drink at Restaurants events plus 25% (20% tip + 5% taxes).

8) We are not responsible for providing transportation to Meetup events. Members can e-mail each other about car pooling and work out details amongst themselves.

9) If you are late and miss a pre-paid event there will be NO Refunds period. Please plan on being extra early and plan a lot of extra time.
