Hi - I recently moved to the area (Astoria border East Elmhurst) from Westchester and would to get to know the area better. I've been to a couple really great restuarants but would love to a 'local's' point of view.

I usually hang out with friends .. have dinner/drinks, dancing

Where is your favorite place in Astoria/LIC to kick back with a beer or cocktail?

I'm new to the area but I did like '718' on Ditmars and 'Sagapo'.

What area of Astoria/LIC do you live in?

Border Astoria/East Elmhurst on Ditmars

What is your favorite restaurant in the neighborhood?

I've recently tried '718' for brunch and another time for dinner. I liked the ambiance. I was very warm and seemed like a good place to just chill and have a glass of wine.
