- Now that this meetup group is underway, I can confirm that (as desired) I am constantly making new friends and having a variety of new experiences. All I can say is THANK YOU to the active members of this group!!!
- When is your birthday and how old are you?

My birthday is August 7th. So, I guess that makes me 33 now. 1/3 of a century down... 2 more to live up!
- What is the one thing you would like to change most about the world?

More respect for the diversity of the human experience.
- Which is the one of accomplishment of which you are most proud?

I feel incredibly humbled by - and grateful for - moments in life where I think I might have had a small, but positive, impact on someone's life.
- What event(s) in your life has had the most impact on who you are? and how?

I would have to say being an overseas exchange student to New Zealand... Ever since, overseas travel has been my first love and my addiction. It has shaped everything about me including my friends, worldview, idea of vacation, and even my job.
- What are your top three pet peeves?

1) intolerance (I really am trying to work on being tolerant of it though) 2) constant complaining 3) when a man thinks a woman's tears are manipulative (they're a physical reaction & often one of frustration... getting angry only makes it worse!)
