Komen Race For the Cure

RACE DAY IS SATURDAY JUNE 2, 2008

Hello Everyone,

I just contacted an official at the Komen CT Race for the Cure. I am requesting information for a group registration. I know it is very early, but this will be a warm (unlike the recent Bear Mountain event) event, and right afterwards free massages (you know as a licensed massage therapist, I am always promoting this). Plus this would be a great way for people to get out, have fun, do something active, and raise money and awareness for a great cause.

I do this event almost every year as an individual registrant. I would like to gage interest to see if people would like to do this as a group event.

We would get together for lunch and / or something else afterwards. But as it is really early, think warm race day thoughts and e-mail me or post a comment here whether you would be interested. If sufficient interest is shown, I will post it as an event soon.

Sounds good to me. I'm always up for a 5k. My wife and I know many people that have been affected by Breast Cancer, and I'd be happy to help raise some money for the cause.

5k? RUN?? did you guys start training for it already? I guess I'm up for it!!.... if there's an ambulance present since I might need resuscitation
