Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY - REGISTRATIONS ARE TRANSFERABLE, BUT NOT REFUNDABLE.
We understand that things can come up. Things happen that are out of your control. All you need to do is e-mail us at moxieinthecity@aol.com at least five business days in advance. While we can not refund your admission, we will send you a credit code to use to register for another event. Cancellations must be done at least five business days in advance to qualify for a credit code. Credit codes are good for six months. All Admissions are transferable, but not refundable. If you can't make it, you can always give your admission to a friend to attend in your place.

IF THE SCEDULED EVENT IS CANCELLED - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We reserve the right to cancel an event if conditions (i.e. inclement weather, excessive attendee cancellations, instructor personal/medical emergency) call for us to do so. In an instance like this, all attendees are automatically transferred to the rescheduled date. If they can not attend that new date, they will receive a credit to use towards another event PLUS an additional $10 discount code to use towards a second event. Event cancellations are rare.

If you insist on a monetary refund, the refund will be processed once the rescheduled event has talen place.

If you request a chargeback from Paypal, keep in mind that the money will then be held for up to six weeks while Paypal investigates the request.
