$10.00 per person per class

Our new member Sandy (the one from Az City, we had two join) owns Sacred Healing, LLC and has opened up her Tuesday night sessions held at the yoga studio to our members. Sandy has an extensive background in psychiatry and alternative healing.

On Tuesday nights from 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. she is holding the following workshop.

Meditation and the Adventure of Self-Discovery

Re-energize and balance the body, mind, and spirit. Experience more peace, joy and passion by living in the now. Open to what is true and real and solid, deep within your own being.

Classes include: mindfulness meditation and teachings, guided imagery, progressive relaxation techniques and the power of music, sound and the breath.

Each class is different!

Enter from parking lot in rear of building.

$10 per class

Advance Registration is not necessary; drop in's are welcome for any/all classes
