- Uptown 4 life! My family's been in the Heights since the end of the Depression. I've been here long enough to remember when folks ran from the area (80's Crack Wars, anyone?); I plan to hang around long enough to have the last laugh, & then some...

Came out to support Karaoke Dan one Sunday. Saw him rock the boardwalk @ Coney all summer '07, asked if he worked anywhere else; nearly fell out when he said the Kilt, of all places. There I ran into someone I knew, she invited me, and... here I am!

Coogan's: B'way, bet 168-169 Sts. Dan is the man, without a doubt, and Piper's Kilt rocks, but Coogan's is home-- great spot/karaoke/people, and I can WALK there. Of course, now that I've met you guys, I guess I'll have to do some more traveling...
- What kinds of activities would you like the Upper Manhattan Experience to host?

A quality comedy show! I've hosted a kickass comedy/variety show for 8 years; I'd kill for the chance to do it uptown. Get me a venue & enough lead time, I'll hook it up. If you think folks'll come out, I'd consider securing a venue, too (the Kilt?).
