The Triangle 30/40-Something Meetup Group is a social-networking group that is open to anyone in their 30's and 40's living in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Not just for singles! We organize get togethers consisting of dining, happy hours, wine tastings, karaoke, game nights, social mixers, dancing, cultural and sporting events, and all kinds of other gatherings that we can dream up each month. We provide a comfortable, easy and very affordable way for you to make new connections. All you have to do is come to our gatherings with a willingness to get to know some new people.

We have no agenda other than to allow people to have good conversation, enjoy each other's company and create new friendships. Our regular get togethers will consist of dining, happy hours, wine tastings, dancing, cultural and sporting events, game nights, bar hops, social mixers, and much more. Coming by yourself is encouraged. We introduce you! Everyone is welcomed equally.

It is free to sign up for the group however there may be event/gathering charges in order to help pay for the $19/month meetup cost of maintaing this website in addition to other fees that may accrue in planning, organizing, or hosting events.

*A "Yes" RSVP to attend an event means that you are DEFINITELY joining us. If you sign up for an event, please consider it a COMMITMENT to attend.

*The Triangle 30/40-Something Meetup Group cancellation policy requires that you change your "Yes" RSVP to "No" for you and/or your guest(s) at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event. *****IF YOU RSVP TO AN EVENT AS 'YES, YOU WILL ATTEND' AND THEN DO NOT SHOW UP 2 TIMES, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP, AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK IN. This is a courtesy to other group members...as events fill up and if you do not come, others are not able to attend. *****

*There is no solicitation or promotion of events, products or services of any kind permitted at The Triangle 30/40-Something Meetup Group gatherings or on our website.

*It is not permitted to pass out flyers, promotional products or pamphlets of any kind.

*It is not permitted to gather people's email addresses for the purpose of sales, promotion or recruitment for organizations or multi-level-marketing companies. When someone gives you his or her email address, they do so in good faith that it will not be misused.

Terms of Membership
