Interested in social and business networking with a little community service on the side? Come meet up with the Jaycees -- an organization of people between the ages of 21 to 41 interested in career development, community service and especially having fun!
Cultivate business and social relationships, volunteer for community projects and expand your career development skills!
Recent community service efforts:
Elder Cool - provide AC units and energy bill relief to the elderly.
C.L.A.S.P. Dance - Help run the February and July socials for special needs teens and adults.
Cooke School Supplies - Provide much needed supplies for Cooke Elementary School.
Neptune Festival - pour beer to raise money for the chapter and Camp Virginia Jaycee.
Pig Out - Jaycee BBQ to raise money for Camp Virginia Jaycee (http://campvirginiajaycee.org/).
Thanksgiving Dinner Baskets - provide holiday groceries for families who can afford very little.
