Hi Everyone! Meeting update - Anissa is still sidelined due to back surgery - so meeting is postponed until after the holiday.

Our next Happiness meetup will be on Monday, JUNE 1st at 7:15pm with the topic being about resiliency. This is a topic that is very near to my heart and believe one that is hugely positive and more life affirming than ever. If you have any questions in advance, do not hesitate to share them and I would be happy to incorporate information/research into our conversations that evening.

For those of you NOT interested in Laughter Yoga, the meeting will officially start at 7:30pm.

    I will second motion that Happiness is Anissa informing and sometimes leading the meeting. You feel very comfortable and relaxed. If you want to contribute no problem. If you just listen Great. We all are happy when it comes to this meetup. Lou W.
