Welcome to the Happiness Club of Omaha!

* Are there things that I can do today to be happier?
* What do happy people do to be happy?
* What does research say about happiness?

What is this new "science of happiness"?

In 1998, Positive Psychology was launched by then American Psychological Association president Martin Seligman. Positive Psychology is a branch of psychology that studies the good life: what makes people happier, more productive, and more successful.

The Happiness Club of Omaha's mission is to promote the benefits of being happy through meetings, newsletters, happiness books and other events. This is a meetup for folks who are interested in RESEARCH-BASED STUDY about HAPPINESS, SUCCESS, and PRODUCTIVITY. This meetup examines the Science of Happiness!

Each session is hands-on, interactive, and lively.

Please do not hesitate to share feedback and suggestions!
