If you're European, or you loved living in Europe, welcome!

We'd like to create a European cocktail party, where everyone is having a great evening in a pleasant atmosphere, talking with other people of shared sensibilities in several languages....if you've been there, you know what we mean...
So this is a new social club for singles and couples over 40 years old
- who were born or lived for more than 5 years in Europe, specifically Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and/or Wales (as we get more members, we'll alphabetically add the European countries the members are from or lived in), and
- who would like to have the option of socializing in an interesting (and hopefully quiet) atmosphere (a restaurant, art gallery, museum, etc.), and
- who like to talk about cultural and thought-provoking subjects, and
- who occasionally travel back "home" to Europe.
(If only one spouse/partner is "European," it's OK!)
We'll explore Austin by going some place different nearly every time!
(We won't meet if it's really raining with slippery roads....Stay safe out there!)
