This one is certainly an impressive story. I agree that exercise is certainly a good therapy (for many of us) I myself use a wheelchair but iam luckily able to cycle on an adapted trike. Cycling was a sport i thought i'd never be able to do again, but thanks to physio, determination and (adaptations on a recumbent cycle) iam able to get back to doing one of the many things i love.

Exercise has helped and still does my mental and physical well being. although i can appreciate the hurdles many may come across to return or participate in sports. I think/found that exercise is a very efficient therapy and should be more available for those less abled.
