I used to eat sushi weekly. Then my favorite place closed. Since then I've been in search of a new place where the chefs are friendly and so are the people at the sushi bar.
- What is your favorite sushi restaurant?

There are several good restaurants in the area. Windsor Locks, South Windsor, and several in Cromwell are all really good
- Why do you like sushi?

Its a cross between the texture and the exoticness of eating it. When I started eating suishi 25 years ago, there were only 2 Japanese restaurants in RI and they only served suishi 1 day a week.
